Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is an inexpensive, harsh chemical often used in cleansers for
its high foaming abilities. It is extremely drying and irritating to the skin and
should be avoided wherever possible.
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate can damage the immune system; causing separation of skin layers and inflammation of skin.
